Our approach

As part of the CORFIT family, thought by the founder himself, Chiara is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach specialized in free weights workouts, body weight workouts, stretching and mobility and muscle development, and overall healthy living.

A big believer in clean eating, she witnessed first-hand how eating healthy and a training program tailored for your specific needs will bring amazing results. Our approach is science-based and healthy.

For Chiara and her team it is crucial to listen to the specific needs and limitations of their clients, and always keep safety and health in mind. It is never too late, you are never too weak or too overweight, and that first step you will take towards discovering your stronger healthier self is the beginning of a beautiful adventure! Do not underestimate your potential,nor the power of a positive mindset. Let’s do this together!
